The Divorce PA

Practical support through separation and divorce

Divorce comes with enough emotional upheaval without adding endless emails, paperwork, appointments, deadlines, documents and life admin into the mix.

The Divorce PA helps you deal with the practical stuff.

Whether you are quietly considering separation, preparing for what may come next, or already knee-deep in divorce admin, I can help you get organised, work out what needs doing, and keep everything moving.

You stay in control.

I help take the practical load off your shoulders.

You don't have to be in the process of divorce to need help

Sometimes the hardest stage comes before anything has officially happened

You might be thinking about leaving but have no idea what you would need to organise.

You might know separation is coming and want to prepare calmly before making major decisions.

Or perhaps the process has already started and your inbox now contains approximately 4,000 emails with the word URGENT in the subject line.

Wherever you are, we start there.

Which stage are you at?

1. I'm thinking about separating

Pre-Separation Planning

£175

A 90-minute private planning session designed to help you understand the practical picture before making any major decisions.

We'll look at areas such as finances, housing, documents, children, work, household responsibilities and the questions you may need to take to professional advisers.

You will leave with your own:

DO NOW

What genuinely needs your attention now.

FIND OUT

Information or professional advice you still need.

NOT YET

Things that matter, but do not need to occupy your brain today.

You'll also receive a personalised written action plan after the session.

You don't need to know what you're doing before you arrive. That's rather the point.

2. I know things need organising, but I need help doing it

Pre-Separation Support

5 hours, £325

Practical support used flexibly over up to four weeks.

This can include helping you organise important paperwork, build a clear financial overview, prepare information for professional appointments, create household and separation checklists, manage deadlines and generally get the practical pieces into some sort of order.

This is not advice about whether you should separate.

It is practical help making sure you understand and can manage the situation you are in.

3. We're separating or divorcing and the admin is taking over my life

The Divorce PA

This is the bit where you stop trying to carry the entire administrative burden yourself.

I can help with things including:

  • organising solicitor and mediation correspondence

  • creating and maintaining your master divorce admin tracker

  • keeping track of actions and deadlines

  • organising documents and paperwork

  • preparing information for appointments

  • creating timelines and chronologies

  • organising financial documents for professional review

  • preparing questions for your solicitor, mediator or adviser

  • drafting straightforward administrative emails for you to approve

  • maintaining correspondence records

  • organising moving and household administration

  • tracking appointments and key dates

  • helping manage practical family logistics

  • researching appropriate practical services

  • breaking enormous horrible jobs into smaller, manageable ones

5 hours of Divorce PA support

£325

Used flexibly over up to four weeks.

Ideal if you have a defined amount of admin or are going through a particularly busy part of your separation.

10 hours of Divorce PA support

£600

Used flexibly over up to eight weeks.

For more consistent practical support throughout an ongoing separation or divorce.

Divorce PA Hour

£70

Need help with one specific job?

Perhaps your paperwork has taken over the dining table, your solicitor has asked for documents you can't find, or your divorce inbox appears to have developed a life of its own.

Book an individual Divorce PA hour and we'll tackle it.

"But I don't even know where to start"

Perfectly normal.

You don't need to turn up with colour-coded folders and a beautifully prepared spreadsheet.

In fact, if your current filing system is:

Important Stuff / Very Important Stuff / No Idea What This Is / Deal With Later

…I have seen worse. 😉

We begin by working out what matters now.

Then we sort the rest.

What happens when we work together?

First, we'll have a short conversation about what's happening and what you need.

If we're a good fit, you'll receive a confidential client intake form and access to your private document area.

We'll then identify your priorities and create a clear plan.

If you're using ongoing Divorce PA support, I'll keep track of the agreed tasks, paperwork, dates and deadlines using your personal Divorce PA tracker.

The aim is simple:

You know what's happening.

You know what needs doing.

And you don't have to keep all of it in your head.

Divorce coaching is different

Sometimes the biggest challenge isn't the paperwork.

It's dealing with the emotional impact of separation, making decisions, rebuilding confidence or trying to work out what your life looks like afterwards.

I also offer Divorce Coaching for people who need that type of support.

You can use Divorce Coaching, The Divorce PA, or both.

They're separate services because sometimes you need help processing what is happening.

And sometimes you just desperately need somebody to sort the bloody spreadsheet.

What I don't do

The Divorce PA provides practical and administrative support.

I do not provide legal, financial, tax or therapeutic advice.

I do not act as your solicitor, financial adviser, mediator or legal representative.

I will never help someone conceal assets, hide debts, access another person's private accounts or behave dishonestly.

Where something requires specialist professional advice, I'll tell you.

My role is to help you become organised and prepared so that the professionals advising you have the information they need.

Confidentiality and privacy

Separation and divorce involve extremely personal information.

Your information and documents are treated confidentially and handled using appropriate secure systems.

Sensitive information should not be sent through WhatsApp or text.

I will never ask you for passwords, PINs, banking login information or authentication codes.

When can I contact you?

Client communication hours are:

Monday to Friday

8:00am to 6:00pm

Messages outside those hours will be picked up during the next communication period.

The Divorce PA is not an emergency or 24-hour service.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a solicitor before working with you?

No.

Some clients come to me before they have spoken to anybody professionally.

If something requires legal advice, I'll make it clear that you need to speak to a solicitor rather than trying to answer it myself.

Will you contact my ex for me?

Generally, my role is to help you organise and prepare communication rather than becoming involved in negotiations between you and your former partner.

Can you fill out legal forms?

I can provide administrative help and help organise information, but I cannot tell you what legal answers to give or provide legal advice.

Can you attend solicitor or mediation appointments?

This may sometimes be possible as practical support, depending on the circumstances and agreement of the relevant professional. We can discuss this beforehand.

Do you work with men as well as women?

Yes.

The Divorce PA is for anyone who needs practical support through separation or divorce.

What if I haven't decided whether I want to leave?

That's exactly what Pre-Separation Planning is designed for.

You do not need to arrive with a final decision.

We concentrate on understanding the practical situation and what information you need.

Can I just book one hour?

Yes.

The Divorce PA Hour is £70 and is perfect for dealing with one specific piece of divorce admin.

Ready to get some of this out of your head?

You do not have to organise your entire separation today.

You just need to work out the next thing.

Book a free 20-minute discovery call and tell me what's happening.

I'll help you work out which type of support makes sense for you.
